Q: Do you sell to the general public?

A: No, but you can purchase our products at most major and independent retailers.

 

Q: Do I need a business or an account to purchase from you?

A: Yes. Please contact our accounts receivable department to arrange this. Please refer to the ‘Support or Contact’ section for contact details.

 

Q: Is there a minimum order value (MOV) to be free into store (FIS)?

A: Yes. MOV is $500.00 (excluding GST) to metropolitan areas only. Please contact our sales department if you are not in a metropolitan area.

 

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity for each product?

A: Yes. You must buy each model in its specified carton quantity, as we do not split cartons. Carton quantities can be found under each product description.

 

Q: Can I arrange to pick up my order if it does not meet the minimum order value requirement?

A: Yes, you certainly can! You can either pick up the order yourself, or send your own transport/courier. Please contact our sales department or clearly state pick up information on your purchase order.

 

Q: Can I purchase replacement/spare parts?

A: Yes. Spare parts are available for order through our spare parts department. Please refer to the ‘Support or Contact’ section for contact details.

 

Q: Can I place an order online?

A: Not at this stage.

Q: Where can I find an instruction manual for my product?

A: If you have misplaced your instruction manual, you can download another copy from the individual appliance product page, or the ‘Product Manuals’ page.
